I’ve been playing a lot of the demo recently, and have come to the conclusion that the Left 4 Dead 2 characters are actually the people from Scrubs, just out killing zombies.

I was recently at a zombie walk in Toronto on September 12, celebrating George Romero’s officially being a Canadian citizen. After the walk, there was a screening of Night of the Living Dead, and later that night, his new movie Survival of the Dead was shown. All in all, the day (and night) was spectacular! Following is more photo footage…

Fan Expo 2009

Fun! That’s what this weekend was.

: Me just before leaving for Fan Expo!

I was there all 3 days – and all for free. I volunteered for 2 short nights (Friday & Saturday) at a D&D info table – basically, soliciting random people to play D&D and other roleplaying games.

I dressed up in the usual Commander Keen costume, and this time a lot of people tried out my pogo stick, and I even made an entire video for it!

Commander Keen @ Toronto’s Comic Con

I went to Toronto’s version of Comic Con last month. It was free to get in, so I figured I might as well check it out.
It was small as expected, all held in one huge room, so it was basically a lot of comic book and toy vendors set up, and with a small Artist’s Alley kind of thing, where artists sold and/or commissioned artwork.

I decided to recycle my Commander Keen costume and pogo-sticked around the place a bit… I’ve gotten waaaay better at pogo sticking, by the way. 90 jumps in a row is my newest record!
